I am a strategic operations and systems consultant partnering with founders, executives, and growth-stage leaders who are ready to build with structure.
My work sits at the intersection of clarity, execution, and expansion. I do not simply manage tasks. I design sustainable operational foundations that allow businesses to scale without burnout.
My background spans corporate leadership and operational training, including experience with USAA and ADP, where I led teams, trained new hires in payroll and HR systems, and operated in high-accountability environments that demanded precision and structure.
Today, I serve as Director of Strategic Operations and Systems for BuildingHER, contributing at the advisory level to expansion strategy, operational refinement, and sustainable growth initiatives. In this role, I support high-level decision-making for expansion, structure development, and long-term strategy.
Beyond advisory work, I partner directly with private clients to refine workflows, strengthen backend systems, support expansion initiatives, and embed structure into leadership operations when necessary.
